Note: This plan has limited support on repetitive and ongoing issues not related to our application itself, for example, if you rely on external third party data which becomes corrupted, changed in format or looses integrity in anyway (which is beyond our control and not within the scope of our original agreement specifications), this may result in extra costs to review and update our application to comply with the third party data issues &/or changes.
Essential Plus Plan - Inlcuded is telephone, email, and/or remote desktop connection support for everything in the above Essential Plan plus Unlimited support in troubleshooting of errors, content amendments & changes (of reasonable request and within current UI and coded architecture), unlimited review and updated versions including addressing unforseen circumstances and changes related to external third party data structure, Guaranteed 24/7/365 support and rapid response time.
