Note: This plan has limited support on repetitive and ongoing issues not related to our application itself, such as, external third party changes to data structure and this may result in extra costs to review and update our application to comply with the third party changes which is beyond our control and not within the scope of our original agreement specifications.

Essential Plus Plan - Inlcuded is everything in the above Essential Plan plus Unlimited support in troubleshooting of errors, unlimited review and updated versions including addressing unforseen circumstances and changes related to external third party data structure, requested reasonable changes or amendments, Guaranteed 24/7/365 support and rapid response time.
